GET THE HELP YOU NEED
Underserved communities need resources to improve their economic, environmental and quality of life issues. However, they often lack the technical knowledge and skills needed to go after available resources. The C2P2 program was created to assist communities by providing technical assistance from colleges and universities Pro Bono to the communities.
o Technical assistance to you Pro Bono!
o Identify your need; we will never tell you what your needs are; we listen to you!
o Network of colleges, universities, and non-governmental organizations to provide assistance.
o Our support will put you in a position to compete for the resources to see your visions become a reality.
“Thank you all for your help in getting this done. We are still ironing out kinks, but thanks to you, we have already been able to “rescue” one small business, recreate a connection between people and government, and encourage participation among the people in our community, the churches and the volunteer organization that is serving to handle administration. As an added bonus, we are seeing an increased confidence in local government from the community, which can only bring good things. I can never thank you all enough.” Lisa B Johnson, City Clerk, City of Fargo, Ga.
“Michael, I can’t thank you enough for your interest in our community and foreseeing how much C2P2 could help Sparta and Hancock County. I look forward to initiating the program here. God Bless you and your program.” R. Allen Haywood, Mayor, City of Sparta, Ga.
“Guests from the Albemarle Commission were in attendance and referenced your presentation and the pending collaboration during their presentation. The Albemarle Commission hired an economic developer to work with Gates and the other counties they serve and, of course, Broadband was in their discussion. You made the Board look serious and thoughtful to frustrated citizens. A plan will be more than they have ever had. Well done!!” Dr. A. Riddick, Chair of County Commissioners, Gates County, North Carolina
