Brunswick Ga. Minority Community Receiving Support from Colleges for Economic Development

Plans for economic development have begun.

The deans from Misericordia College and Stillman College recently met to discuss plans for the beginnings of a comprehensive economic development plan. This plan will create a collaboration between the Coastal College of Georgia, Stillman College in Alabama, and Misericordia College in Pennsylvania. A group of MBA students and seniors in the area of business and government policy are establishing ways to improve disparate economic outcomes for minority communities in Brunswick, Georgia.
